Medium-Dark Roast
The Brevan Blend is named for my grandsons, Bryce and Evan. Watching these little guys grow up and develop their unique personalities, of course, this must be a blend. The blend also had to be a bit of a dark roast since both Bryce and Evan call me “Papa Vader”. This actually started as a joke, but it stuck. In fact, if you point at a photo of Darth Vader and ask who that is, they say, “Papa Vader”.
Brevan has a perfect balance of a rich cocoa body, dried fruit, and crisp citrus notes.
This blend was developed for espresso but is a wonderfully rich and dynamic drip coffee also.
